When will I receive my deed or copy of recorded ownership?

You will receive your deed after your contract has been paid in full and the transfer of ownership has been completed with all official recording agencies

Who are R.C.I.?

Resort Condominiums International, generally known as RCI are the largest timeshare exchange company.
RCI has been exchanging timeshare weeks between owners for 30years.

Who are I.I.?

Interval International, known as I.I. exchange timeshare weeks between owners in over 1700 resorts across 35 countries.

Why should I become a member of RCI or II?

Both RCI and II will provide their members with a yearly listing of resorts.
Both offer exchanges between members meaning you can trade your timeshare week with someone elses anywhere in the world.

Do RCI and II own the timeshare resorts they are exchanging?

No, they are independent companies with an affiliation to the resorts.

How much does it cost to join RCI and II?

Annual membership fee for RCI is £72
Annual membership fee for II is £69

How do I arrange an exchange?

It is a very simple process, you get in touch with your exchange company and tell them wht you require.
You can exchange for a different week to the one that you own.
You do not have to wait for someone to take your week, the exchange company will bank it and your exchange is booked.

Can someone else use my exchange?

Yes, you may make an exchange and then purchase a Guest Certificate, which will allow someone else to use your exchange.
Guest certificates are £36 from RCI

Can I just bank my week without making an exchange?

Yes, you may make bank your week and make an exchange at a later date.

What are red and blue weeks?

High season weeks are the most popular weeks at a timeshare resort and are known as "red weeks"

Normal demand weeks are "white weeks"

Lower demand weeks are "blue weeks"
